The objective of the Expert Course in Customer-Oriented Digitalization is to provide participants with the knowledge and general fundamentals to generate new business opportunities thanks to digitalization.
The course will work on the development of a methodology to adapt digitization to the needs of customers, based on the customer experience offered until the development of new digital business models.
Likewise, the focus will be on the skills and tools necessary for the deployment of high value-added sales processes, key to the participant's employability and the sustainability of the organization.
Finally, we will work on how to leverage data as a business asset and improve the development of the business model as a whole.
